Welcome to the 2023-2024 year at JCS Mountain Oaks - Phoenix Learning Center (PLC)! We realize you have many options when it comes to choosing an educational program for your child/ren, and we are happy that you have chosen PLC.
The JCS PLC Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is committed to supporting a quality educational experience for our scholars. We invite every parent/guardian of PLC scholars to become members of the JCS PLC PTO, attend our meetings, submit your ideas, and find a way to be involved in our community. Our meetings are held one Wednesday each month at 2pm in Mrs. Blough's room. Any donation to the JCS PLC PTO's Annual Pledge Drive automatically makes you a PTO member! Please join the PTO - we want all PLC families to be involved in our children's educational community.

JCS PLC PTO will be hosting the annual membership drive through mid-September. The PTO supports the JCS Phoenix Learning Center program through community-building events, technology donations, teacher grants, and student assemblies.
Joining the JCS PLC PTO is an easy way to show your support for our teachers, the program's vision and our scholars. We are so thankful we are able to be part of this unique learning center.
